Job description:

Key to Requirement:

1. Business Analyst experience
2. SAP APO or OMP (Order management process) experience
3. Preference is someone from Medical Device or Manufacturing or Pharma environment

Below is detailed JD:

1. Role: SC Planning Business Analyst with functional experience in SAP APO or OMP (a cloud based SC planning platform).

·             Work involved:

1. Conduct fit-gap assessments/feasibility analysis, facilitate workshops with IT and business stakeholders
2. Participate in scrum meetings, define & refine user stories with Business & IT teams, user story grooming
3. Participate to define test scenarios and coordinate with various teams during testing
4. Able to interface with senior leadership, provide updates, articulate risk/assumption/issues/dependencies

 Skills/Experience:

1. Proficient at project coordination and driving work across multiple teams with multiple priorities
2. Must have excellent communication skills and executive presence
3. Possess knowledge of Supply Chain processes
4. Flexibility to travel
5. Flexibility to learn OMP SC planning platform & contribute as BA
6. Preferably prior preferably Medical Devices or Pharma is a plus.

Must haves:

• Min 2-4 yr. Must have APO or OMP knowledge/experience.
• Min 2-4 yr. exp in end to end Supply chain planning processes
• 2-3 yr. experience in agile methodology
