Should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR Technical
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions.
Establish a strong governance model based on SDLC guidelines for Development activities
Strong debug skills, demonstrated knowledge of good programming techniques
Good working knowledge in WebDynpro and Workflow.
Capability to multi-task and play different roles in a dynamic environment
Good knowledge in HCM, Finance and Logistics modules
Prior experience in managing a team and good coordination skills
