*Identify problems in the implementation so far and map out solutions
*Advise on how to proceed with the implementation process and application architecture required to meet the business’s needs
*Design / test custom approvals workflow for global delegation of authority schedule
*Post-implementation support
*Excellent communication skills
*The ability to identify issues post-implementation for sites already on the system
*The ability to identify issues prior to implementation for other sites
*Work with business leads to training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes
*Work on data analysis and data conversion of Clients
*Work on the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology. This includes requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance
*Ability to create data maps, to map the data flow between systems using existing functionality and processes
*Work on inputs and outputs from the conversion process, and communicate issues internally and externally as required
*Resolve issues and gaps in terms of data provided or discrepancies between as-is and future state model
