Job Description:

 

5-8years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis

• Extensive Knowledge of Consumer Banking Domain, SDLC, APIs.

• Exposure of latest digital banking experiences in Industry and strong hold / eagerness to learn system architecture, data flows and message orchestrations.

• Expertise in Requirement Gathering, converting requirements into Customer Journeys knitted with APIs, tech design documents, API specification - functional and tech documents.

• Strong expertise and understanding of Consumer Banking Customer Journeys on Digital Platforms, APIs Integration with UI.

• Expertise in deriving test scope for the requirements and acceptance critieria of user stories / Requirements.

• Strong understanding of Agile practices, User Story creations, SDLC.

• High level understanding of Micro services – overview / Open Banking / Oauth2

• Hands-on experience of tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Swagger Editor, Confluence, MS Office (Visio/Excel/PPTs).

• Expertise in understanding functional issues and guiding the team for resolution.

• Advanced communication skills, team player with willingness to learn and innovate with forward thinking Organization.

 

Requirement Gathering & Elicitation:

 

o Gathering of Business Requirements through workshops / meetings with business and internal stakeholders.

o Understanding of high level solution and coming up with efforts required to meet the requirements.

o Understanding of Customer Journeys, knitting Journey with API specs, creation of tech design documents and API functional and technical specification.

• Creating effective solutions/Design Assets:

o Work with Architects, Info Sec, Business and Other Internal/Stakeholder to come up with end to designs.

o Sequence Diagrams/Flow Diagrams illustrating end to end Customer Journey knitted with APIs covering complete System Architecture, finalize SLAs/timeouts of various underlying calls.

o Discuss with external systems to do API mappings with internal and external Systems with different messages formats including various ISO standards.

• Verify Test Requirements / Measure Solutions:

o Ensure the test scope is covered completely during Test Case Walk through with Testing/Business teams and also performance test and Ethical hack test scopes to measure the solution.

o Support execution of Testing and go live for any functional or design gaps with impact analysis across various functions and channels consuming APIs.
