immediate Need for Senior Level Java / J2EE Developers in Washington DC (100% remote due to COVID but will be onsite mid-2021). The selected individuals will be working on full-lifecycle, scrum-team development tasks, maintenance activities, and production support utilizing Java/J2EE, Struts, and Angular. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Working with Mid-tier architects and technical leads on software design, prototyping, and development

- Developing software per architecture design, Operational ease, and industry best practices

- Participating in code reviews and identifying any log/alert requirements which help in troubleshooting

- Documenting system/Release changes and Responding to the User Inquiries

- Mentoring more junior resources and enforcing software development best practices

- Experience with Operational support and maintenance activities automation is greatly appreciated

Required Skills

- BS in computer science or equivalent degree

- 8+ years of professional software development experience using Enterprise Java technologies.

- 8+ years of Java experience in Java/JEE enterprise applications using JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, RESTful, AJAX, JSON, SQL, JUnit, and Maven Experience with Frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security, Hibernate

-Must have: Java / J2EE support with Struts and Angular v5+

- Solid experience with the following technologies is a must -- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX

- Experience with Environmental & Production Support activities is a huge plus

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks-Angular, React, JQuery

- Experience in working with UNIX environment, Shell scripting would be a huge plus

- Experience with open source Frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MyBatis

- Experience with both RESTful and SOAP web services

- Java 8 or higher/Enterprise Integration Patterns

- Independent, self-starter, & team player

- Identify the GAP is Design, Monitoring & Operational JAVA Applications

- Experience with Spring Integration technology would be a big plus

- Experience with various security protocol or framework/tool would be a big plus - SSO, Oauth2, IBM Web Seal
