JOB DETAIL

•              .Net developer experience is must

•              .Net application’s Performance engineering (Memory dump and Profiling analysis) and .net code debugging experience must

•              Work with application architects, business owners and project teams to analyze Non-Functional and performance quality requirements.

•              Proficient/Experience of performance testing in clouds based applications and identify performance bottlenecks

•              Proficient in designing scripts & executing tests using tools like LoadRunner, Apache JMeter. Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace and Azure

•              Work on monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace to capture various performance metrics such as Response times, Throughput, Hits per second, CPU, Garbage Collection, Memory utilization and Memory leaks of the applications under test.

•              Performance testing experience in Agile based SDLC

•              Analyze the production peak usage volumes/production usage projections to derive and agree on Business Volume Metrics (BVMs) for the identified use cases with stakeholders.

•              Identify tools, perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) and define strategy for performance testing.

•              Schedule, coordinate and manage successful completion of the performance testing for all changes/releases.

•              Design performance scripts, building business-based performance test scenarios, finalize test approach, defects tracking & test reporting.

•              Derive workload model, design, execute and maintain performance testing artifacts such as the test plan, test scripts, scenarios and test results that validate the system performance.

•              Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to identify the dependencies and work towards its resolution.

•              Evaluate system performance under load and stress. Analyze and document the test results and observations.

•              Work with project teams to analyze root cause and find resolutions for the identified performance bottlenecks.

•              Log performance defects for performance issues. Setup discussions with project stakeholders on the next steps.

•              Prepare and publish summary report with recommendations and outstanding issues.
