Must haves
- Excellent communication skills - must work seamlessly with warehouse floor workers via remote communications to clearly express complex technical ideas, gather and apply feedback, train, document, and interactively troubleshoot issues independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in an IT related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ year of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development experience or AWCS user and reporting experience.
- Basic software design and programming concepts.
- Some exposure to web development.
- Knowledge of basic requirements gathering and project management.
- Some experience supporting mission-critical systems.
Preferences:
- Oracle Application Express (APEX)
- Linux shell scripting
- Basic web development and technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Business exposure to warehousing and distribution
