Technical/Functional Skills
:
o Having 12+ years of experience developing J2EE/Web/ADF applications using any combination of WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere or Tomcat application servers.
o 4+ of experience using Oracle ADF 12C (a definite plus.)
o 8+ of experience using Oracle ADF 10g & Oracle ADF 11g
o Strong experience with the following tools: Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPEL
o Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, distributed technologies, Frameworks and Application servers
o Experience with all phases of a project lifecycle development process (analysis, design, code, test, migrate and support Operations).
o Analyzing production incidents and identifying root cause for application issues
o Good to have experience in API, SOA, PaaS
o Experience with Git and experience in API's for both external and internal consumption
o Hand on experience in SOAP and RESTful Web Services Development is MUST.
o Solid understanding of J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
o Experience with Application Servers like WebLogic 11g, WebLogic 12c or JBOSS
o Solid hands-on experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL) is a MUST.
o Experience working with JUnit and Maven.
o User level Linux knowledge.
o Must have hand on experience in JQuery and Core Java especially OOPs Concepts, Exceptions Framework, Collections Framework and Multi- Threading.
o Experience in Oracle HCM domain will be added advantage
o Ability to apply understanding of systems internals to the applications programming environment and business needs assessment.
o Experience on working and collaborating with offshore teams
o Ability to develop and conduct training and guidance for other members of the team.
o Advanced verbal and written communications skills, including stand-up presentations.
o Experience of handling Production support call
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a Customer oriented focus is a must for this position.
