Excellent communication skills - must work seamlessly with warehouse floor workers via remote communications to clearly express complex technical ideas, gather and apply feedback, train, document, and interactively troubleshoot issues independently.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in an IT related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT experience.
5+ year of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development experience or AWCS user and reporting experience.
Basic software design and programming concepts.
Some exposure to web development.
Knowledge of basic requirements gathering and project management.
Some experience supporting mission-critical systems.
Preferences:
Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Linux shell scripting
Basic web development and technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
