SAP Sr ABAPers — worked exclusively on HCM, US Payroll

Both positions are for Sr. SAP Engineers (on-shore) who will focus almost entirely on HR related work in the SAP HCM system. The work will concentrate in the Payroll area, so it would be good for candidates to have experience in the following topics:

• Payroll Schema

• Payroll Configuration, Prerequisites, etc

• Payroll Process Model

• PCR — Personnel Calculation Rule

• Dynamic actions Operations

• Should be able to analyze/research on the existing system to bring improvements in the payroll processing without impacting the global employees
