The Business Analyst (BA 2) is responsible for discovering, validating, documenting and communicating business processes and requirements for Student, Employee, and Health Data Reporting projects. The BA facilitates requirements gathering and business process re-engineering with groups of clients across multiple schools and colleges, and multiple functions across the university. The BA will also work closely with solution architects, developers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure requirements are well understood throughout the full project lifecycle. The BA is an integral part of project teams and responsible for understanding and representing the client’s requirements.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years Business Analyst experience (required)
• Higher Ed experience is a plus (nice to have)
• Strong experience with Data Analytics or Data Warehouse projects (required)
