Key to Requirement:

• Business Analyst experience.
• SAP APO or OMP (Order management process) experience.
• Preference is someone from Medical Device or Manufacturing or Pharma environment.
• Preference is candidates from J&J (Johnson & Johnson).

Work involved:

• Conduct fit-gap assessments/feasibility analysis, facilitate workshops with IT and business stakeholders.
• Participate in scrum meetings, define & refine user stories with Business & IT teams, user story grooming.
• Participate to define test scenarios and coordinate with various teams during testing.
• Able to interface with senior leadership, provide updates, articulate risk/assumption/issues/dependencies.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficient at project coordination and driving work across multiple teams with multiple priorities.
• Must have excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Possess knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Flexibility to learn OMP SC planning platform & contribute as BA.
• Preferably prior preferably Medical Devices or Pharma is a plus.

Must haves:

• Min 2-4 yr. must have APO or OMP knowledge/experience.
• Min 2-4 yr. exp in end to end Supply chain planning processes.
• 2-3 yr. experience in agile methodology.
