Job Description:
- Candidate should have overall 10+ year of experience.
- Development skills sets of SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell script, GIT, and Jira.
- Symphony GOLD or retail knowledge a plus.
- Visualize the big picture of how their stories impact the existing system and the project as a whole.
- Be able to communicate with product owners to help bridge the gap between technical and business.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of how to improve performance.
- Has the skill set that they could participate in giving a code review.
- Ease the burden of tech leads by providing guidance to less experienced developers.
