JOB DETAIL

Roles & Responsibilities
· SAP PM/Customer Service implementation experience is a must.
· CRM Experience with Installed Base Objects
· Functional SAP knowledge in PM/Customer Service as well as functional integration knowledge of other modules such as FI, Project Systems, MM and SD.
· Collaborate with global IT and business teams to prioritize, track and map data for business requirements
· Partner with SAP Implementation teams, Implementation consulting partner, , and business teams to understand requirements and design, perform gap analysis between current state and future state data, design / develop.
· Requirements gathering with the business, interacting with development team, writing functional specification, build testing scripts for developer as well as business & training on the newly developed functionality
· Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and provide regular updates to business users and management team.
· Providing timely and accurate follow up on identified business Gaps, including specification review, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
· Multi-tasking and working in a virtual work environment.
· Should have very good documentation skills and ability to work in global environment, cultures, time zones etc.
· Strong systems / process orientation particularly in PM / CUS with demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of iBase Installation process and maintenance of Products at Customers premises through Installed Bases (iBase), iBase components and iObjects.
· Expert in Configuration of Installed Base management functionality which includes Individual objects, Object families, installed bases, business partner assignments and equipment hierarchies, categories, Serial number and Product
· Expert in setting up iBase characteristics, attributes, Class, iBase level, Status, Configuration data, equipment master change log
· Experience in Implementation of Service Management and Service parts management using Install Base, Equipment serialization and service parts and contract management.
· Knowledge of Middleware activity like downloading of ECC Equipment Master Data to CRM
· Experience in Configuration and assigning Warranty to iBase component
· Experience in CS Module, Conversions related to Equipment Master, Functional Location, Service contracts, Service order, Test script preparation and testing
· Involved in post implementation maintenance of Service contracts and Bill Plans, Return process, Resource related Billing, cost of repair, refurbishment process, service labor posting
