Required Skills/Experience: Java, J2EE, Spring, SOAP, Rest, Development and Production support experience Good to have: Hibernate, MQ, Cloud, Kafka, Microservices.   Current team is 15 people for this specific initiative   This team will be working on deposit and check balance. Digital check deposit improvement Covid caused more people to do things digitally, including high net worth individuals (investments) Need to know and be proficient with at least Java 8 Building on new architecture (Microservices) Converting legacy SOAP services into Rest services Kafka for messaging, is OK with MQ Webservices, Spring Hibernate is a big plus. Wants to move database containers to cloud (PCF experience is a plus) Need to be able to write queries Responsibilities: Expert in Java J2EE and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across multiple verticals. Multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
