Job Description:

1. To Integrate with LKQ Product Management Team & Technical Team for understanding Business Functionality and Technical Landscape of the Project
2. Understand the Project Goals and Scope of Work
3. Responsible for Backlog health (work with LKQ Product Owner) and Sprint board
4. Drives the internal sprint planning with the offshore team (clients are not involved)
5. Ensure the  User Stories are clearly defined with Acceptance Criteria
6. Understand the Technical Design to be implemented and convey the same to the offshore team
7. Support the offshore team in the implementation of the Technical Design (Taking support from the client team as needed)
8. Drives the weekly update meeting  with the client and the offshore team
9. Support Offshore Team in the resolution of client dependent impediments
10. Drives the show and tell meeting on a weekly basis
11. Understand Best Engineering Practices / Coding Standards of the client, and ensure implementation of the same by offshore team
12. Responsible for code review
