JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:-

  • Be the key Risk /CApital Markets Fintech BA for Genpact team working with client; driving complex Solution  requirements and their E2E implementation
  • Lead the requirements gathering and analysis efforts towards final solution design and development.
  • Support Solutions development, Validation and E2E project implementation through acceptance as per client’s satisfaction
  • Work with Business Stakeholders, Internal and external technology stakeholders, Testers
  • Analyze the business processes and refine them in line with business requirements and testing automation requirements
  • Work independently as well as in a team towards final deliverables
  • Take ownership of e2e solution implementation and take initiatives towards problem identifications and their resolutions. Suggest alternatives for complex solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • BE/BS/BTech in Engineering Discipline 
  • MBA in IT/Finance
  • Strong knowledge on Capital Market Fintech Solutions
  • Able to work independently to resolve Project requirements issues, deliberate and identify solutions keeping business and downstream impacts in mind
     

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong client orientation, requirements gathering, Elaboration, Documentation and driving requirements discussions.
  • Ability to assimilate disparate information  and pursue leads to define problem statement
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
  • Ability to guide & work with a team of developers, identify solutions and automation opportunities
  • Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities- Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
