Job Description

Morton has animmediate need for a Oracle Fusion / Financial Consultant for a customerlocated in Raleigh, North Carolina.  The ideal candidate will bring 10years of experience within the Oracle Financials ERP space with experiencecompleting at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion CloudFinancials.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and administer the collection of business requirements associated with the design and development of software configuration and implementation.
  • Create Functions Design specifications.
  • Configure the Fusion Cloud modules based on business needs.
  • Document all risks, action, issues and decisions and follow through to completion all items associated with the successful implementation of software applications.
  • Develop test scripts for testing integrations of software applications as part of the Symphony program.
  • Facilitate test execution, documentation and retesting of formal test cycles of the Symphony program.
  • Responsible for all program management tools, the use of each and the documentation and updating of each task on the program plan associated with the successful roll out of software applications.
  • Responsible for the documentation, coordination and cutover of Oracle Cloud.
  • Responsible for running day to day status meetings, updating Kanban board and facilitating the resolution of all open items.

Qualifications:

  • Functional Analyst in Oracle Financials ERP with 10 years of experience.
  • Minimum two lifecycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Experience in Order-to-cash and/or Source-to-pay tracks is required.
  • Cash Management experience would be a good addition.
  • Basic understanding of Sub ledger accounting and how it’s configured in Oracle Fusion cloud.
  • Experience in designing customizations and extensions to the ERP applications.
  • Familiarity with OTBI reports, FBDI templates and sandboxes in Cloud.
  • Configure a financial module from scratch in fusion cloud based on business needs. Maintain configuration books.
  • Requirement and Gap Analysis.
  • Design Solutions and create Functional specification documents in Waterfall methodology.
  • Coordinating with business stakeholders and Developers.
  • Self-driven and ability to guide/help others on team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7 years of progressive experience as a financial systems implementor.
  • Required experience implementing ERP Financial systems for large organizations.
  • Experience and demonstrated deep knowledge of Supplier Management, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Treasury, and Supply Chain practices.
  • Experience with legacy systems and complex technical environments using multiple technologies and languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate at a technical, business, or executive level.
  • Knowledge of data, infrastructure and programming concepts.
  • Experience in multi-platform infrastructure distributed environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with project teams to deliver project artifacts.
  • Ability to influence others and work in a team environment.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of legacy and emerging technologies to help innovate needed capabilities based on business needs
