Oracle Cloud CPQ Consultant for AMS: Onsite
- Having 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud CPQ
- Provide L2 & L3 support
- Support Application configuration & setup
- Experienced in environment support, Technical trouble shooting, ticket management, incident management, problem management with respect to Oracle Cloud CPQ.
- Efficient in SLA Management, Service Delivery Management, continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Should have experience in SR management and interactions with OEM
- Sound knowledge of upgrading CPQ applications, applying patches
- Working knowledge integrations involving Oracle ERP & other applications.
- Knowledge of middleware / SoA / OIC will be plus
- Deploy new/revised price lists
- Deploy new/revised quote templates
- Deploy new UI templates
- L4 support (triage with Oracle for SRs and patches related to bug fixes)
- Key User/Super User training
- Support Unit/ System/ Integration testing Provide Support during UAT & OAT
- Strong communication and Client Facing interpersonal skill
- Should be capable of independently leading support engagements
- Should be flexible to handle pressure based on Project Requirement
