SAP ABAP HRDeveloper to provide SAP HR development support for the SuccessFactors ECP, ECCTime and ECC Travel implementation. The resource will serve as a member ofthe SuccessFactors ABAP team and will work alongside State resources ondevelopment objects for the MAGIC HR implementation.

Experience & Skills:

?        8 years’ experience with ABAP design anddevelopment experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Orientedprogramming.

?        5 years development experience with SAP ECC HRon-premise system.

?        4 years’ experience working with SAPimplementation and operational system for a Public Sector Client.

?        2 years’ experience in training/knowledge topublic sector employees from entry level and above.

?        Knowledge with State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGICsystem development.

?        One year’s experience integrating SAP ECC HRon-premise system with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.

?        Two years’ experience with SAP Portal support.

?        Experience with WebDynPro.

?        2 years’ experience with workflow development andmaintenance.

?        Experience with analysis and developmentactivities to resolve root causes of incidents.
