JOB DETAIL

Job Description: 

  • 11+ years of Development Experience in BPM related tools.
  • clear understanding of Workflow patterns
  • Clear understanding integration patterns. 5-7 years of relevant experience in PEGA.
  • LSA-I/LSA-II certified. Architecture and Design experience. Experience in working with Agile teams.
  • Experience in designing enterprise applications.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams and Agile methodologies Experience in implementing best practices and reusable process templates and libraries for PEGA Ability to create solution approaches and solution architecture documents.
  • Ability to design error handling and retry handling mechanisms for the solutions.
  • Ability to design for edge cases and race conditions. 
  • Ability to design solutions for authentication, authorizations Ability to design the solutions to cover non functional requirements such as high availability, scalability (horizontal and vertical) 
  • Ability to design the automation process from installing, configuring, building, deploying into a continuous delivery platform 
  • Ability to design the security architecture and deployment architecture for PEGA applications 
  • Accountable for a solution from start (initial design), providing Early life support, solution approaches to P1 incidents 
  • Ability to program a PRPC solution considering the present application scenario and business requirements 
  • Expertise in developing detailed flows and activities for requirements within PRPC 
  • Ability to configure business rules in rule-sets within Pega Rules Process Commander software Onsite Experience – 2-3 years. 
  • Strong customer interfacing skills. 
  • Strong technical expertise and also a good team player. 
  • Should be comfortable to sit and code. 
  • Ready to get hands dirty and start coding. 
  • Be part of the squad/agile team and work cohesively with other team members. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
