Job Description:

This is a SR Role.

• Tech Stack: Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, SOAP & Rest API’s, SVN, MS SQL, Unix/Linux, Bash and SiteMinder
• DURATION is 6-12 months but could be extended.

Description:

Java developer to add to internal Java development team to help maintain and build corporate applications (e.g., custom treasury, loan, investment, financial systems, integration with other COTS, etc.).  Work would include maintaining and developing both external customer-facing and internal/employee applications.

This person will be working getting the Java based Legacy redirected to Data Access.

This is ALL Back End Development. Right now all of the development is slated to be non-presentation backend. If screen changes came up, they would be marginal.

So the focus is backend skills. AEM and HTML would just be a “Nice to Have”.

The DevOp processes have been defined by the DevOps team.

The developer would prepare their work using SVN/Maven/etc. accordingly.

The developer would sometimes need to create tickets in Jira or SysAid, to have DevOps or other peer organizations execute migrations.

MUST HAVES:

• Mortgage/Lending industry Experience
• All Back End Java/J2EE- Minimum 5 years US experience
• Spring/Spring MVC and Spring Boot for (RESTful/SOAP) APIs
• Hibernate
• SiteMinder for Identity Authentication
• Some minor DevOps skills with SVN, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Nexus, etc…
• Jira, SysAid or something similar for Tickets
• Unix/Linux and shell scripting- preferably BASH
• Database experience with SQL Database (SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle)
