Job Description:

Job Description: Configure and implement using agile methodology an Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger (GL)

 and Budgetary Control in Oracle Cloud Financials

 

Must have below skills:

Implementing, sustaining and enhancing Budget to Report (B2R) functionality within the Oracle ERP enterprise model solution, in close consultation with the Agency Deployment and Implementation Teams

Leading efforts in managing scope and changes required for implementing B2R functionality as part of the Oracle ERP enterprise model solution

Advising and providing input on training for implementing the enterprise model solution, including supporting the development of material for training

Design business process and application configuration for Budgetary Control and General Ledger (GL)

 modules based on industry best practices

Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis

Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices

Budget Planning & Formulation

Distribute Budget

Manage Budget

Manage Continuing Resolution Authority

Reprogram and Rescind Funds

Lead all solution activities including testing

Experience with Sprinting and Agile Process

Reporting and Reconciliation Procedures

Execute Testing Cycles

Preferably 3-5 years of practical experience, Experience with Subledger Accounting and Account Derivation Logic, GL Certified Cloud Implementation, FBDI Load processing
