Role Description
- Work on SAP related Change Requests (CRs)Work on issues/Tickets.
- Provide IT support during US Business hours. Ensure utmost responsiveness for the Customer queries during the US hours.
- Handle business communication between users and IT Team and become first point of contact.
- Participate in demand planning discussion with customer so as to have uniform inflow of CRs.
- Analysis of efforts required to deliver CRs. Identify risks and mitigate them Liaising with offshore team.
- Communicating with customer leads and updating them with regular status as part of weekly cadence
