Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desired
Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects keeping focus on deliverables and outcomes
Must have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Frequently contributes to the implementation of new standards and methods.
Considered an expert in the field. Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity and where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Work is accomplished without considerable direction and/or coordinates activities of other personnel. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment, and determines the methods and procedures needed for new assignments
Work directly with Architects and Business Analysts to manage the technical aspects of the IT project
Leverages formal change management processes to manage changes to scope, cost, schedule and to ensure alignment in expectations
Provide coaching of core roles as part of the Scrum practices, facilitating, create and maintain artifacts, and assist the business user/stakeholder
Roles and Responsibilities:
SCRUM Master
Must be able to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Deploy the SCRUM framework within our existing Process Controls SCRUM Team
To participate in the program level planning and related events to represent the team
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer management skills
