Requirements:

•           HCM product and technical experienceimplementing Human Capital Management solutions (3-5 years);

•           A minimum of Two (2) full life cycleimplementations of Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud;

•           Consulting experience with aconsulting/software company;

•           Experience with Taleo Learning andRecruiting.

Responsibilities: 

•           Lead business process workshops andadvise client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud solution;

•           Understand Oracle’s ImplementationMethodology and use it on all engagements;

•           Configure the Oracle Learning cloudand Recruiting solution;

•           Support the client during all phasesof testing, production cutover and post go live;

•           Support the client with any datamigration efforts.
