JOB DETAILS:
o Good Communication Skills
o 10+ years hands-on experience in Performance Testing
o Experience in working as Performance Testing engineer- handling of complex engagement in Performance Testing
o 5+ Years experience in Jmeter
o Fine tune existing Performance testing issues/ optimize existing scripts/ should perform hands-on in scripting as well as fine-tuning.
o Ability to propose PT strategy and understand the bottlenecks and track closely on solutions/suggestions to Customer and Third-party teams
o Must mentor/train Performance testers in team
o Look at long-term growth opportunities to scope in Performance testing in applications where manually performance is being tracked
o Should work closely with multiple stakeholders and vendors to expand Performance testing and engineering scope
o Participating in Design and Architecture session for QA
o Meeting with Client IT team to understand requirements
o Performance improvement
o Very Strong analytical ability
o Identifies areas for process improvement.
o Maintains appropriate communication within the team and across various teams (i.e. internal and external).
o Ability to work with Business and relate to IT requirements where necessary
o Ability to work with all teams and understand code changes and review business requirements and identify any gaps
o Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
o Think out of the box to provide suggestions
o Nice to have some knowledge in Retail business
o Be extremely proactive and independent
o Be a value addition to the team to collaborate and achieve success by completing project goals
