•            RHEL and/or CentOS system administration

•            Hands on Experience of developing Automation/ using Ansible

•            LVM and DM-Multipath

•            YUM/DNF/RPM package management

•            User/Group management

•            Performance monitoring and troubleshooting

•            Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

•            TCP/IP terminology and concepts

•            Network Configuration with Network Manager

•            Network Services such as SSH, FTP, SMTP

•            Network Troubleshooting with tools such as tcpdump, ping, nmap, traceroute and netcat

•            Experience with SAN and NAS storage.

•            Network Authentication and Authorization tools such as LDAP or Centrify/AD

•            Creating, maintaining and debugging scripts in BASH, Perl, or Python.

•            Veritas InfoScale Enterprise including VxVM, VxFS and VCS.

•            Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment

•            Adhering to change and incident management

•            Legacy UNIX flavors such as Solaris, HPUX or AIX

•            Virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V

•            Kubernetes frameworks such as Red Hat OpenShift or VMware Tanzu

•            Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

•            Backup products such as Actifio or IBM SpectrumProtect (formerly TSM)

•            Disaster Recovery using products such as VMware SRM or Veritas Resiliency Platform

•            Automation frameworks such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, SaltStack or Terraform
