Specific goals for the contract resulting from this RFQ include:
- Implementation of templates and solution needed for the document generation and UI in CWM/CHCF applications
- Design and document API level specifications and Data Models
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years demonstrated Full-Stack experience with Microsoft technologies
- 3+ years' experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
- 3+ years' experience working with web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, and/or C#
- 2+ years' experience with XML, XSLT and or XSL-FO
- 2+ years' experience building and consuming ASP.Net web services
- Experience with Visual Studio 2017/2019 Team System
- Advanced skills in relational and non-relational database management systems, SQL coding, and Object Relational Mapping tools such as Entity Framework.
- Advanced object-oriented/scripting analysis, design, and programming skills
- Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people of all levels of information technology expertise and comfort in varied organizational relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Excellent problem-solving skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Microservices Architecture and/or Serverless
- Knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
- Knowledge on Dapper.Net and Aspose.Total is a big plus
- Knowledge of web service scalability, performance, and security practices
