Description:

•       Managed large ERP & CRM programs

•       Strong Knowledge in Dynamics 365 & AX 2012

•       Should have very good Program Management skills

•       Single point of contact for customer for day-to-day operations 

•       Responsible for monitoring and reporting SLAs, working with the team to identify areas of continuous improvement and delivering on them 

•       Work closely with customer Program Management team in the definition and execution of deliverables.  

•       Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.

•       Escalation point in case of high severity issues 

•       Responsible for the ongoing management of the resources assigned to the project 

•       Provide timely progress reports to Steering Committee
