�        Test Driven Development

�        Behavior Driven Development

�        Automated Functional Testing

�        Unit Tests

Ideal coding skills in one or more of the following:

�        C#

�        Java

�        .NET

�        JavaScript

�        Desire to bring organizational change to revolutionize quality practices

�        Drive to improve or replace outdated processes with relation to testing

�        Mobile testing experience and experience with device farms is a plus

�        Strong analytical skills

�        Experience with automation testing tools and software.
