Skills and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications and Skills
At least 5-8 years software application testing experience
Must have deep knowledge of software quality assurance and testing methodologies
Agile testing experience is a must for this position.
Must have strong experience and background in testing processes: test scenario and test case design, functional testing, system and regression testing
Must have Salesforce testing experience
Strong experience in automating test scripts using Tosca
Experience in developing overall test strategy and generating of testing plans, testing scripts, testing metrics and issue tracking
Strong verbal and writing skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels with technical resources as well as business resources
Desired Skills
Experience in following tools and Technologies: TOSCA, JIRA, HP ALM
Job Responsibilities
Work autonomously to apply and build testing best practices
Work with the development team to lead testing design, develop, implement and maintain a test automation framework
Deploy test automation to a continuous integration environment and ensure that test results are delivered appropriately
Participate in sprint planning and work with the project team to identify risks/impacts in the system to be tested
Generate test scenarios from user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing, highly organized and able to prioritize
Coordinate QA tasks and priorities for each project including identifying QA/testing environment needs
Walkthrough and demonstrate testing results to the Product Owner and other business stakeholders for sign-off on user stories
Ensure that defects/changes in requirements identified during testing are verified & tracked to the closure before moving the application to production
