- Create statements of work, support and monitor business units in their execution and completion.
- Create reports using Crystal Reports or similar applications.
- Write SQL queries or utilize Excel in complex data analysis.
- Conduct data analysis and report on the findings
- Be a representative of the project and serve as a liaison between IT and the business units.
- Write procedures in support of business function and process.
- Provide application training, support, and guidance to the business units.
- Provide regular support, communicate statuses and progress to the Project Manager.
- Attend project and team meetings.
