General Experience:

7+ years' experience as application lead, with command of business analysis techniques & tools

Prior experience working with Data Management applications, Statistical Data Analysis systems.

Good problem-solving abilities; resourceful and creative

Gains knowledge of customer expectations and generates plan to deliver

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment; team player yet able to work independently with minimal direction.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.

Familiarity with regulated systems (GxP, CFR 21 Part 11) and systems validation; Life Sciences, Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Technical Experience

Database: Oracle, SQL

Languages: SAS and programming competency with computer languages such as C, C++, Python or equivalent.

Operating Systems: Linux, Unix, Windows

Other: Citrix, Okta, AWS (EC2 compute, S3 storage, IAM permissions), SDTM, SDLC, Computer System Validation, 21CFRPart11.

 

SAS Administration:

SAS, SAS Grid, SAS VA

Configuration of SAS servers

Ability to check status and operate servers.

Monitor server activity and administer logging.

Add users and manage their access.

Administer repositories and move metadata.

Establish connectivity to data sources.

Understanding the interaction between SAS Servers and operating systems.

 

Education:

Certification in Computer Science, Business, or Life Sciences-related field  

Bachelors/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
