Description:

Application Developer position will provide application development expertise on projects/initiatives to build new features and capabilities through an RESTfulAPI, microservices and cloud architecture to integrate with existing systems and to automate transaction processing for Annuity business. S/he will develop innovative complex business solutions by creating new applications, modifying existing applications. S/he will deliver more complex business application software solutions following an Agile development life cycle process. This is temp to hire position and candidate should have 3-5 years of application development in the relevant skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes increasingly complex systems specifications of existing programs to determine requirements.
• Analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, integrates and tests increasingly complex software application solutions for systems.
• Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
• Consults and/or participates in the requirements, design and coding walkthroughs to ensure the development of quality solutions.
• Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Creates increasingly complex technical specifications from business requirements/business specifications.
