7. Work with customer management, customer subject matter experts (SMEs) and or information

technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks, as required

8. Provide support to current customers within agreed upon service levels

9. Provide project and technical leadership for key Salesforce implementation projects

10. Possess a strong understanding of business operations

11. Establish and maintain Salesforce implementation standards

12. Advise on a variety of broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project

requirements, documents needs, technical standards, and conditions; communicate the status of

requests and determines the feasibility of projects; documents findings and actions

13. Deliver results working with 3rd party delivery partners, customer teams

14. Represents the project as a Sr. Salesforce Developer expert who influences customer senior

management on significant Salesforce matters

15. Work under general direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions

16. Demonstrated Salesforce mastery and will use the Salesforce premier success training package to

earn additional Salesforce certifications as needed by Redpath

17. Ability to advise clients and recommend when to use declarative code vs custom code using

Visualforce and Apex

18. Interpret and apply policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations;

ensure compliance with these areas
