· Need ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery module (HRSD) deployment experience, best practices
· Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices.
· Deployment, hands on, technical, customer facing
· Intermediate to adv level skillset with development/administration.
· Management service portal, lifecycle
· Will lead the consulting and customization team for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
· Enhance manage employee services, employee onboarding/offboarding processes. modify existing Life Cycle Event workflows & services & continue support of future Benefits services workflows and enhancements.
· Implementation experience in HRSD, inclusive of Employee Case Management, Service Portal, Knowledge Management and Life Cycle events.
· Experience migrating functions/data from legacy toolsets to ServiceNow, as well as integrating legacy toolsets and Cloud products with it.
· Experience building custom automation workflows, RPA, and development of customized modules.
· Experience facilitating requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors in support of lead project managers.
· Working knowledge of organizational change management (including end user training), project management, customer service practices, Agile/Scrum concepts, and ITIL processes.
· Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow-related JavaScript APIs.
· Soft skills expected include ability to manage multiple projects, understanding of matrixed organizations
Preferred:
· ServiceNow Certifications strongly preferred (i.e. Implementation Specialist or other relevant certifications
