Automation experience – Selenium
Any type of salesforce testing
Ability to lead testing projects
Will lead other testers onshore and possibly offshore as well
Plus:
SAFe experience as this is a scrum project
Automation is not necessary but would be helpful (Carol believes that it’s less about which automation tool they have, and more that if they have any tool experience then they conceptually understand automation and this is a plus as they move more towards automation.
