• Possess critical thinking, analytical, and creative talent to develop a concept or idea
• A bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 3 years relevant web experience
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including understanding of front-end web development concepts
• Google Analytics knowledge preferred
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Experience with Optimizely a big plus
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills, and ability to effectively present reports and solutions to colleagues
• Developed project management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities, and take initiative to solve problems
• Ability to work independently, yet a team player with a strong customer service orientation
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to scheduled Marketing promotion scheduling and execution.
• Digital asset collection, optimization, and (in some cases) creation for projects.
• Capture Marketing requirements for projects/initiatives.
• Document business acceptance criteria to provide the development team a clear understanding of what is needed to meet business requirements.
• Assist in the build and setup of tests in Optimizely for the website.
• Document test plans and results of website tests.
• Manage testing calendar.
• Use document and image editing tools to help collect, organize, and edit web content, images, and other assets.
• Use Drupal content editing and publishing tools to post, update, and maintain page content and images.
• Manage Technical SEO development queue.
• Assist in the tracking of Technical SEO health.
• Create and maintain documentation for existing Marketing processes.
• Assist with analytics and report of website performance.
