5+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce administration, SFMC, Handling Batch Jobs
Experience in scheduler tools like TWS, Autosys and ETL
Proven experience on large scale CRM based applications, experience in migration is a plus
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
Knowledge of tools like Gomez, AppDynamics and Splunk
Excellent communication skills
Primary skills required:

Job Duties:
Incident Management – Create and manage necessary process involving incidents
Run maintain and improve service against required service level objectives
Problem management of recurring issues
Engage with development teams throughout lifecycle of application build for reliability
Develop software to automate manual work
Troubleshoot priority incidents, conduct blameless postmortem and ensure permanent closure of incidents
