Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:-
• 8-10 years of experience in UX design.
• Very high Visual design skills (Master in Sketch & adobe creative suite)
• Skill on Interface design and Usability testing
• Collaborating with business product owners, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly and easy to navigate design
• Experience on Requirements discovery and documentation
• Understand product specifications and business requirements
• Developing wireframes, task flows and prototypes based on customer needs
• Knowledge on HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements
• Ability to manage and own quality of deliverable to business users
• Ensures products meet high standards of usability, ADA compliance, and design excellence.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
• Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working in Auto Finance, Mobility and Mobility finance – Will be added an advantage
