JOB DETAIL

  • Responsibilities:
  • The SAP technical / functional analyst is an Information Technology (IT) position working to analyze the existing TxDOT
  • Toll system, architecture environment, tools and processes and make recommendation for improvements. Analyze
  • defects for systemic issues and verify the accuracy of root cause analysis. Review designs and implementation of new
  • functionality and enhancements. Prepare executive level status and planning reports.
  • The work’s responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Analyze defect trends for systemic system issues
  • Review and validate root cause analysis reports submitted by the M&O team
  • Review designs for new capabilities or enhancements to the Toll system
  • Assist with analysis of production defects
  • Review existing process, workflows, interfaces and batches for best practices
  • Review existing architecture and implementation the SAP solution used with the Toll system
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum (Required):
  • Years Skills/Experience
  • 10 Experience with general IT SDLC processes
  • 6 Experience developing and designing SAP solutions- customers portal, CRM and back-end
  • processing.
  • 4 Experience with SAP system implementations using S/4 1809, CRM, Process Orchestration,
  • Convergent Charging, Business Objects, HANA Platform 2.0, Commerce Portal, CM by Digital
  • Route.
  • 4 Knowledgeable of SAP FICA, MM, and SD modules.
  • 2 Experience with credit card payment integration via SAP.
  • 8 Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users
  • including executive staff.
  • 2 Experience with OpenText or other ECM solution integrating with SAP.
  • 4 Experience with maintenance and operations of SAP implementation from a code
  • perspective.
