Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Day to day Production TIBCO BW services monitoring.

TIBCO transaction monitoring on daily basis and corrective actions in case of failure.

TIBCO environmental support including – BW, EMS, Admin etc.

Issue analysis, debugging and bug fixing

Month end and financial closure activities

Service deployments, application installation / upgradation

Schedule maintenance activities support.

Handover-takeover and handshaking with onshore contacts
