 health insurance domain knowledge

1. Total of 8+ years of IT industry experience, with health insurance domain knowledge, disability insurance in particular  
2. Strong grasp of solutioning, ideation, writing user stores and eliciting & facilitating business requirements
3. 5+ years successful experience working in roles that bridge business and technology including 3+ years in Agile software development environment 
4. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite - preferably including advanced Excel knowledge 
5. Ability to work with SQL database to perform queries and analyze data 
6. Proven working partnership with a variety of stakeholders in various disciplines; able to work effectively within a team 
7. Demonstrable documentation capabilities to capture product workflows 
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for tackling tough problems
