Roles Responsibilities:

·         Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Splunk dashboards, charts, and reports.

·         Participate in the technical design and planning of Splunk dashboard development.

·         Analyse development requirements and writing technical specifications.

·         Estimate accurately timeline for delivery of development work for the client.

·         Able to create/maintain SQL queries.

·         Able to follow best practices and deliver using an end-to-end quality approach.

·         Fully document development work, user and internal documentation, and writing of release notes.

·         Work with other developers in other locations to analyse, improve and fix existing software component.

·         Able to manage multiple projects at once and manage expectation levels of client on deliveries.

·         Collaborate with other enterprise infrastructure and technology teams.

Skills Required:

·         8+ years of Splunk experience.

·         Strong knowledge of dashboarding, reporting, and alerting in Splunk, including configuring forwarders, ingesting data into indexers, and creating visualizations.

·         Experience working with large, unfiltered data sets.

·         Experience turning research ideas into actionable designs.

·         1 years of proficiency with Unix and databases, as well as working knowledge of Python or PERL.

·         1 years of JavaScript experience in systems/software development in Unix/Linux environment.

·         Team player with great interpersonal skill and communication.
