    Define the hardware and Operating system requirements.
•    Set business application’s user acceptance testing criteria.
•    Determine pilot goals and objectives.
•    Publish business applications and desktops and access provision to business users.
•    Application Life cycle Management (Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade and etc).
•    Monitor performance of Citrix Infrastructure servers using tools.
•    Operate server / Management console.
•    Execute operations and provide operational support for all Citrix servers.
•    Perform predefined  proactive tasks to avoid performance bottlenecks or downtimes.
•    Perform test on both scalability and functionality.
•    Troubleshoot server for all the Citrix product, when required
•    Perform Monthly and emergency system maintenance.
•    Provide statistical reporting  as and when required.
•    Maintain currency of the environment.
•    Provide on-site staff at organization facilities, as required, to perform hands and feet support.
•    Management of Citrix based SSL VPN solution (Citrix CSG, CAG and Netscaler).
•    Citrix Receiver, Online and Offline plug-in management.
•    L1 / L2 Support on GPO and FSLOGIX
