Day-to-day support and maintenance of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
Design, develop and test solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ platform Lifecycle Manager (provisioning), certifications, and reporting
Prepare accurate and detailed documentation (Requirements, Design and Test)
Ensure solutions integrate and play well with existing SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations and processes
Work assigned incident and request tickets that are closely related to SailPoint IdentityIQ system and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
Strong experience with Identity and Access Management, Governance and Compliance
5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
Experience in administering, developing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IIQ
3+ years of experience using Java
Experience with directory management including LDAP and Active Directory
Ability to communicate about SailPoint IdentityIQ and implementations at both the functional and technical level
Experience implementing solutions using software development lifecycle models
Experience with ITSM and ITIL and associated ticketing systems on how it pertains to ongoing support with focus on Incidents, Request, Demand, Problem and Change Management and handling within defined SLAs
Experience with Tomcat, Windows Server Administration, and MS SQL Server
Able to work within Agile and DevOps framework
Experience with Linux, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, PowerShell are a plus
Experience in SailPoint PAM and FAM Modules are a plus
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Professional or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer are preferred
