10+ years’ experience in Microsoft.NET Technologies and should at least have 5 years architecture and design experience in .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#).

At least 3 years of experience working with a Health Plan organization.• Proficient in Azure Cloud Application Development, modernization, implementation, deployment and support of highly distributed applications leveraging .NET, C# and client technologies like JQuery, Angular/React.
• API development and systems integration experience, including EDI, API, ESB and ETL, and familiarity with RESTful Micro services methodologies for integrating these into Azure cloud-based development
• Knowledge and experience with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience in customer-facing roles leading technical architecture and application design discussions with clients to drive cloud deployment
• Oversight experience on transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams
• Hands on experience on Azure App Service Model (Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API Apps, Logic Apps)
• Hands on experience on Azure storage services like SQL DB, Document DB, Data Factory, Data Lakes, Data Warehouse
• Hands on experience on Azure Service Bus
• Understanding of Application Insights
• Partner with Data Architects, Integration Engineers and Solution Owners to deliver solutions.
• Manage the quality assurance process of program code and program logic, data processing, and error resolution across applications.
