·         Developer who has good development experience in Java J2EE

·         Should be good in quickly learning and adapting to new products developed on Java J2EE Responsibilities include design and development on the products that are developed in Java J2EE

·         Should be hands on and able to carry out technical troubleshooting address product configuration issues and perform any code development as needed on the Java to accomplish product customizations

·         Ability to communicate with business users and should be well versed with the support maintenance process Should be able to carry out High level and low level design based on the functional requirements

·         Perform Peer review and have the ability to establish Standards and best practices for design and development

·         Should be well versed in database management and XML usages Must be flexible and prior experience in support engagements is a plus
