Skills and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis subject matter expert in Contact to Service (SAP CRM) with overall experience of more than 10 years.

The following are the deliverables / activities to be performed by the business analysts -

Creating the following documentation:

Business Process Flows

User Requirement

System Design Specifications / Technical specifications

System Integration Testing / User Acceptance Testing

Test Deviations / Resolutions

Execute Testing

Understand and elicit business needs and challenges

Feasibility Assessment

Enablement in Solution Design

Articulation of user stories

Problem definition and requirement elicitation for proof of concept

Support creation of test scripts and enablement in testing process

Business Case Development

Decision trees/tables, sequence diagrams and business rules

Bring in thought leadership on standardization of processes
